We have California walnuts shipped to us whole so we can hand chop them and fold them into our oatmeal cookie base to create Debrorah Kaye's Oatmeal Walnut Cookies. These wholesome cookies are full of chopped walnuts. These big cookies, 4 to 5 inches in diameter, are made with  gluten free oats, organic eggs, sucanat, and other natural ingredients.  Pull apart one of our cookies and you'll find a soft, chewy middle and a crunchy, caramelized outer edge. There is enough to share, but who would want to?
